At DapDap, we care about your satisfaction. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. We offer a 3-day return policy from the date of delivery.

✅ Return Eligibility:

• You can request a return within 3 days of receiving the product.

• The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

• Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

📦 How to Request a Return:

• Contact our customer support within 3 days of receiving the order.

• Share your order number and clear photos of the item (if damaged/defective).

• Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

💸 Refund Process:

• After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will initiate your refund.

• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

❌ Non-Returnable Items:

• Used or damaged products not due to transit issues.

• Items returned without original packaging or tags.

• Customized or clearance sale items.
